Alvin Farmhouse Exterior
Living/dining room

The kitchen has been updated and it has a dishwasher.  A fairly new propane stove is included, but tenants must supply their own refrigerator.

There's lots of storage in the cabinets since the ceilings are 9 feet tall. There's a bar that seats two, and there's also room for a small breakfast table on the other side of the bar.

This is the view of the kitchen upon entering the back kitchen door. There is a bar that seats two and a walkthrough from the back door that you can't see in this photo. The refrigerator goes on the right underneath the double cabinets. The cabinets are painted antique white with hunter green knobs and the appliances and sink are bisque.

Kitchen back door. It leads to the back entry hall. This was once the original back door the house, I think. The back entry hall and utility room were originally part of the back porch, but were enclosed probably in the 50s or 60s.

This door leads to the dining room and living room.
This is the back entry hall. On the left is the door to the utility room, large storage closet and half bath. Notice the drop stair. The attic is partially floored for extra storage space.
